12V Round Kapton Heater 200mm

Polyimide is an organic polymer with very high dielectric  capability, thin profileand low thermal mass, while providing superior  resistance to most solvents, oils,and radiation. In connection with  these features, kapton heaters are very ideal for applications: ● With space and weight limitation ● The heater will be exposed to chemical or oil ● In vacuum environments due to low outgassing ● Fast and precise heating Complicated heating profiles(e.g. Multi-zone heater) for lasers and  precision instruments can be easily realized.

         


Being transparent, Kapto film also allows easy visual inspection on the internal strutures. Pressure-sensitive adhesive(3M) backing surface is standard, but special adhesive or mounting holes can be customized 
pre customer requirement. Special cord and plug sets available.
